FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. How do I order?

Step 1: Go to www.sooperbeaute.com on your desktop or mobile browser.

Step 2: If browsing on mobile, click on the icon with 3 horizontal bars on the blue-green navigation bar.

Step 3: Select what product category you want to browse.

Step 4: Select the product and shade (if any) and encode quantity. This adds the product to your cart.

*If you already have a product in mind, you can go to the search button on the home page and type the name of the product. This will direct you to the product.

Step 5: If you have finished choosing your products, click on the cart icon to proceed to check out.

You can select Paypal (to check out and pay using your paypal account) or select the checkout button only for other modes of payment.

Step 6: Upon check out, fill up the Customer information sheet and press Continue to Shipping Method

Step 7: Select your area if Metro Manila or Outside Metro Manila and then press Continue to Payment

Step 8: Select which Mode of Payment you wish to use then press the Complete order button.

Once done, your Order Number will be generated and an email confirmation containing certain reminders and your order information will be sent to you.

 

 

2. Can I make modifications to my order?

Once you check out, you will not be able to amend your orders.

If you wish to add, delete products we suggest you finalize another set of orders and re-order again.

Email us the correct order number and request for the cancellation of the incorrect order number.

 

 

3. How many days will you hold my order?

We hold unpaid orders for 2 working days until 12noon only

Our team will email you a follow-up reminder as well.

 

 

4. After paying, where do I send my proof of payment?

You can upload your Proof of Payment here or in the UPLOAD Payment tab on the homepage.

Once your payment has been uploaded, you will get an automated email confirmation

 

 

5. How long should I expect my orders?

Our policy is "Pay on or before 3PM today, ship out on the next SHIPPING DATE available." Payments submitted 3:01PM onwards will be dispatched the day after the next shipping day.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.

So for example, you paid on or before 3:00PM on Saturday, your parcel will be included for the batch to be dispatched on Monday.

If you pay on a Sunday, your order will be processed for dispatch on Wednesday already.

Pay on a Monday or Tuesday on or before 3:00PM, your parcel will be dispatched on Wednesday.

We try our best to dispatch all paid orders for the day on the next shipping day excluding Sundays and Holidays.

An email confirmation shall be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Metro Manila Area - expect your order to arrive in a maximum of 3-5 working days after dispatch

Outside Metro Manila Area- expect your order to arrive in a maximum of 5-7 working days after dispatch

International Area- We ship once a week usually on Fridays or Saturdays. Please expect your parcel to arrive in 7 working days after we dispatch your order.

 

 

6. How do I track my order after it is dispatched?

Please use the waybill number sent to you via email when your order was dispatched.

You can track your parcel on www.fastrack.ph , www.zoomcourier.ph or www.abestexpress.com .

*For Outside Metro Manila parcels, usually is partnered with LBC or 2GO. An LBC or 2GO tracking number will appear on the fastrack, ABEST or Zoom website once your parcel has been turned over to the corresponding provincial.

Once an LBC tracking number is generated, you may use it to track your parcel on www.lbcexpress.com or https://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/tools/tracking.asp
